Welcome to youngearth.org, the internet home of Rocky Mountain Creation Fellowship.

Rocky Mountain Creation Fellowship is a group of Biblical Creationists, who have received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We believe that God, through Jesus Christ, created the heavens and the earth, out of nothing, in six, 24 hour literal days just as He states in Genesis. There is ample scientific evidence that not only is the Bible correct in the creation account of the universe, but is also correct in its implication that the universe is very, very young, On the order of 10,000 years or less. This is a stumbling block for many people, especially those who have been taught to believe that the evolutionary fairly tale is a "true" fact and/or that God may have used evolution to bring man into existence - this is called theistic evolution. Neither premise is supported in Scripture. At RMCF we have faith in God's word and that the Bible is the final authority for all our beliefs about man and the universe he lives in.

At RMCF, we host monthly meetings for our members to gather to hear a creation speaker, as well as to fellowship with one another.

We produce a video recording of each guest speaker's presentation, and those video recordings are added to our website for our visitors to view and enjoy, free of charge.

We currently have over 50 video presentations on our website covering a wide variety of creation and scientific topics.

This quick introduction video will describe to you how our video section is designed and how to maximize your viewing experience.

Our video section is organized alphabetically, by topic. For example, Astronomy would be under A.

Genesis, Genetics, Geology, or Global warming would be under G.

and Sin, Starlight, or Stem Cells would be under S.

You will also see a "rating" using circles next to each video. This rating tells you how "technical" the video is. Many of our presentations use general terms and concepts. Some of our presentations are taught by Ph.D. level scientists and use advanced terms, concepts, and complicated mathematical formula.

A video with two blue circles will cover general terms and concepts. A video with four or five circles will cover more advanced terms, concepts, and mathematical formula.

Finally, each video is cut into parts, so that you can watch a part at a time, and return later to view the other parts.

Simply browse through the list until you find a video you would like to view.

Now, you can choose to play a streaming video, or you can download the video to your computer for later viewing or to share with friends and family.

We provide two video quality levels, based on your internet connection speed. The first quality level is cable or dsl which provides high quality video and audio, and the second quality level is modem or dial up, which has low quality video and audio, but meets the transfer limitations of a dial up connection.

To play a video, simply click the play button that corresponds to the part of the video you wish to view, and your internet connection speed.

When you play a video, you will see a new screen. The video can take up to 30 seconds to start, and the audio will sometimes start playing before the video. This is normal.

To download a video to your computer, simply click the download button that corresponds to the part of the video you wish to download, and your internet speed.

You can also right click with your right mouse button, and then click save target as. Your computer will then ask you where to save the video file.

It is important to know that when you download a video file, you will need a program that can play that video file.

The good news is we provide two programs that can play the video file. The programs are located at the top of the video pages. Both programs play the videos - so you can install both, and then choose your favorite.

To download the video programs, Click the link, and then click RUN or SAVE. Clicking RUN will automatically run the installer following the download. Clicking SAVE will allow you to put the file somewhere on your computer, and then install the program at a later time.

I would like to cover a few technical issues that you may experience.

Our videos work on any operating system. Our videos are encoded as flash video files.

Your internet program will need a free add-on called flash player. The good news is you probably already have it installed.

If you don't have flash player or if you want the latest update of the flash player, go to the bottom of our video page, click the flash player button, and then follow the directions to install the flash player add-on.

To view our videos, you will need to turn off or temporarily disable any script blocker or any other program, including anti-virus program that blocks scripts.

Another issue you may experience is that when you click play video, it loads very slowly, even though you have a high speed connection. Sometimes the best way to solve this is to simply close your browser, and then re-open your browser. You will need to make sure all windows of the browser are closed before trying to reopen your browser.

Before closing your browser, you may wish to click FAVORITES, ADD TO FAVORITES, and then OK.

This puts the page into your favorites menu.

When you re-open your browser, just click your favorites, and look for the link. Click on the link, and you should be returned to the page with the video you wanted to see.

If this doesn't work, then just write down YOUNGEARTH.ORG and then type it into your browser, click audio video and then browse to the video you wanted to see.

If you encounter trouble with our site or videos, we would like to help you. Please contact us for help. Just visit our website at youngearth.org and then contact us from our website.
