Don Patton
The Co-existence of Humans and Dinosaurs

Rocky Mountain Creation Fellowship is privileged to have as our
June speaker, Dr. Don Patton from Garland, Texas. The title of Don’s
talk in June will be: The Co-existence of Humans and Dinosaurs.

Dr. Don Patton studied geology at Austin Peay State University,
Clarksville, TN, Indiana Univ./Purdue Univ., Indianapolis, IN and
at Pacific School of Graduate Studies, Melbourne, Australia. He
received his Ph.D. in Education from the Pacific School of Graduate
Studies in 1993. He has worked as a geologist in the US, Canada,
Australia, England, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Jordan and Israel. He
has participated in dinosaur excavations in Colorado, Texas, Utah,
Wyoming, Canada and Bolivia. He has excavated the longest consecutive
dinosaur trail on the American continent.
Don is a member of the Geological Society of America and spoke
at the 1997 annual convention. He is also a member of the Society
of Vertebrate Paleontology, the National Speleological Society and
a Honored Member of International Who’s Who, the 2003/2004
Edition. He has lectured at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge,
LA, McMaster University, Hamilton, OT, Canada, at Texas A&M
University, at Bryan Station, Galveston, TX, Commerce, TX, and many
other University's.
He has conducted up to twelve Creation/Evolution Seminars a year
for twenty-five years and has had numerous public debates on creation/evolution
including radio and TV debates. He has testified three times before
the Texas State Textbook Committee in Austin, TX.
Presently, Dr. Patton is a consulting Geologist & Partner in
the Mazada Corporation in Dallas, TX. He is the staff geologist
of the Creation Evidence Museum in Glen Rose, TX and is the Area
Supervisor, City of David excavation with the Israeli Department
of Antiquities. He is the chairman of the Metroplex Institute of
Origin Science in Dallas, TX.
Evolution teaches today that man and dinosaurs are separated by
65 million years. Don will give evidence that this is not
the case. In giving evidence that man and dinosaurs co-existed
together, one must deal with the Geologic Column and show that what
science believes about it s in error. So Don will speak on The
Record of the Rocks in his lecture. He will show things
you have never seen before. Don has also recently returned from
Cambodia where he researched a Buddhist Temple that had a Stegosaurus
inscribed on the columns
Don also told me that he has been in the burial caves of the Peruvian
Indians and has personally found the “burial rocks”
where images of recognizable dinosaurs have been painted. This will
be one of RMCF’s most important lectures. Many people have
been turned away from the Gospel and the saving work of Christ by
saying dinosaurs are beasts that were wiped out over 65 million
years ago per evolutionary theory. Showing that man and dinosaurs
did co-exist together will give good testimony that the Scriptures
are true and that man and the dinosaurs were created on the same
day! Again I state, don’t miss this one folks!!!
